Elemental Reset
A guided 4-element experience with Reiki woven throughout

Elemental Reset is not a traditional Reiki session.
It is a fully guided experience designed to bring your energy back into balance by moving intentionally through the four elements—earth, fire, air, and water.
Each session is gently led and intuitively guided, with Reiki flowing throughout to support and deepen the process.
We begin with earth, where you will create a small grounding herb bag and settle into the body with slow, steady energy and deep, earthy tones.
From there, we move into fire, offering gentle energetic clearing to help release what feels heavy or stagnant.
Air invites lightness and clarity through breath, subtle movement, and soft sound, helping to shift perspective and open your energy.
We then move into water, where soothing sprays and gentle energy work support emotional release, softening, and reset.
At the end of your session, you’ll be guided through a simple water release ritual, offering a quiet moment to let go of anything you’re ready to leave behind.
Your session closes with an element card pull and time for integration.
