We’ll begin with a warm cup of ceremonial cacao to open the heart and soften the mind, followed by a guided violet flame meditation—a powerful yet supportive practice for releasing what no longer serves and transmuting heavy or stagnant energy into something lighter and more aligned.

The violet flame is often associated with transformation, compassion, and energetic renewal, and has been closely connected to the teachings of Saint Germain—an ascended master known for guiding others through cycles of release, freedom, and personal evolution.
