Join me as I dive into shadow work without a life jacket! Shadow work is the buzz phrase you may have heard but aren't quite sure exactly what it is or how to do it. This four-part series will help you understand and uncover those not-so-bright parts of yourself, and work through those parts for healing and clarity.

In Class One, we will explore exactly what shadow work is, create a shadow work journal for the series, receive a shadow tarot reading to assist in uncovering your shadow, and a guided meditation to close the evening. Each class is $30 per person, registration in advance is required since space is limited to 8.
