Take an afternoon to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and explore the chakras.

In this interactive workshop, we'll journey through each of the seven chakras, learning its purpose, location, color, signs of balance and imbalance, and simple ways to support it in everyday life. Along the way, you'll create meaningful self-care tools and keepsakes, including an intuitive abstract painting and other tools to continue working with your chakras after the workshop has ended.

Together, we'll begin with a grounding meditation and a chakra oracle card pull before exploring each chakra through discussion, reflection, and hands-on creativity. We'll close our afternoon with a deeply relaxing guided Journey Through the Chakras meditation, followed by a sharing circle to help integrate the experience.
